Can’t deal with the new 15-foot no-smoking limit? Consider quitting. University Health Services offers free resources to help people kick the smoking habit. Freedom from Tobacco workshops UHS e-Health web site on smoking cessation Fill out a brief questionnaire on the website and receive a Health*Matters Quit Kit — stocked with gum, hard candy, doodling pad, pencil and stress ball, to keep hands and mouth occupied, as well as information on successful cessation.
