25 September 2002 | On Sunday, Sept. 22, the restored and renovated Hearst Memorial Mining Building was rededicated at a gala public ceremony. Helping with ribbon-cutting duties were (from left) College of Engineering Dean Richard Newton, Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost Paul Gray, and Chancellor Robert Berdahl.
