Participants in the annual “House of Cards” event, sponsored by the Berkeley Chapter of the Amercian Institute of Architecture Students, face the challenge of building complex structures out of drafting dots and playing cards. At this year’s event on Nov. 24, a team led by CED mentor Stu Berg (standing on table in photo at right) put the finishing touches on its model of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
