Graduates filed into UC Berkeley's Hearst Greek Theatre for Commencement Convocation. No degrees were awarded at the ceremony — that comes at commencement ceremonies in departments, schools, and colleges around campus from May 5-25 — but the event marked the first time since 1969 that Berkeley Graduates were invited to gather in cap and gown for a campuswide event.
