He also was director of the U.S. Congressional Budget Office
from 1989 to 1995 and a former senior fellow of economic
studies at the Brookings Institution. Reischauer is author
of several public policy books including the recent "Social
Security and Medicare: Individual vs. Collective Risk and
Responsibility." |
