UC Berkeley Chancellor Robert M. Berdahl to announce the appointment of a new Cal athletic director.

Today (Monday, April 30) at 5 p.m.

Haas Pavilion Club Room (Haas Pavilion is located near the intersection of Bancroft Way and Dana Court)

WHO:
Chancellor Berdahl will be joined by the new athletic director.

BACKGROUND:
The appointment follows a national search to replace John Kasser, who resigned in December after seven years as athletic director. Kasser left the university to take a position with Fox Sports Network.
