A
campus memorial service for former
UC Berkeley Chancellor Chang-Lin Tien will be held Thursday,
Nov. 14, from 3-4 p.m. at UC Berkeley's Zellerbach Hall. A
reception will follow. Tien died Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the
age of 67.
The
public is invited to this event. Seating is first come, first
served. Zellerbach's lobby doors will open at 2 p.m.; doors
to the auditorium will open at 2:30 p.m. For more information

lieu of flowers, the Tien family requests that donations be
made to the Chang-Lin
Tien Center for East Asian Studies. Checks, payable to
