A presentation by U.S. Rep. Ellen Tauscher, the congresswoman for California's 10th district, about her views on the destabilizing effects of current U.S. foreign policy.
Tauscher serves on the House of Representatives' Armed Services Committee. She is one of the foremost experts in Congress on nuclear proliferation.

WHO
Tauscher, who has taken an active role in national security and foreign policy during her four terms in Congress, will answer questions from the audience after her presentation.
She will be available for media interviews after the Q&A session.
The Walnut Creek Democrat will be introduced at the program by Michael Nacht, dean of UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy and an authority on national security.
The California Alumni Association is sponsoring Tauscher's visit.
