WHAT
University of California, Berkeley, experts will gather with students and other members of the campus community to discuss results of the Monday, Jan. 19 Iowa caucuses and their implications for the upcoming primaries.
Following the presentation, the group will watch President Bush's televised State of the Union address.
This event is sponsored by the campus's Institute of Governmental Studies and its Center on Politics.
WHEN
Tuesday, Jan. 20. The panel discussion will take place at 5 p.m. The State of the Union address airs at 6 p.m.

* Bruce Cain, professor of political science and an expert on state and national politics.
* Nelson Polsby, professor of political science and an expert on national government in general, the U.S. Congress and the U.S. presidency.
