WHAT
The University of California, Berkeley's annual "Move-in Day," when thousands of students move into the seven residence halls on campus. Photographers and TV crews are invited to the Clark Kerr campus, where long lines of students will be unloading their suitcases and computers and checking into their new homes.
WHEN
Sunday, Aug. 22 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. A barbecue dinner for new residents will start at 3:30 p.m. in the Ginko Court.
WHERE
Clark Kerr campus, 2601 Warring Street
DETAILS
Photographers and TV crews will be allowed to film outside the residence halls. They will need permission from students to enter their dorm rooms.
