WHAT
The 9th annual Women in Leadership Conference at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business will celebrate the wide variety of career options, professional networks, and lifestyle choices available to women today.
Panels will address topics ranging from "Is Feminism Dead?" to "Writing Your Business Plan for Life." The program also will feature industry- and skill-based workshops and panels on negotiating, volunteering successfully, and finding mentors and allies.
WHEN
8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, March 5
WHERE
UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, on Gayley Road between Hearst Avenue and Bancroft Way on the east side of campus, across from Memorial Stadium.
WHO
Speakers will include:
Sheryl O'Loughlin, CEO of Clif Bar Inc. and creator of the Luna nutrition bar for women.
Barbara Desoer, UC Berkeley M.B.A. 1977, chief technology, service and fulfillment executive at Bank of America, and one of U.S. Banker magazine's "25 Most Powerful Women in Banking" in 2003.

The annual Women in Leadership Conference is the longest running student-organized conference at the Haas School, attracting more than 400 participants, including students, alumni and professionals from the greater Bay Area and around the world.
