New L&S online magazine launched

BERKELEY – New research in the arts and humanities takes center stage in a new online magazine launched this month at the University of California, Berkeley. "Illuminations" will feature two articles a month on research by faculty and students in the College of Letters & Science.

The monthly magazine can be found at http://illuminations.berkeley.edu.

"Illuminations" features the research of an individual or group at UC Berkeley, such as the interpretation of a text or other cultural phenomenon, or the creation of a new artistic work. It will also include profiles of past scholars and their achievements as part of the UC Berkeley arts and humanities legacy. The online magazine succeeds an earlier online L & S magazine known as "Framing the Questions," and those articles are included in the "Illuminations" archive.
