WHO
Tom Hayden, the former California state senator and assemblyman known for his civil rights, anti-war and civil rights activism in the 1960s, and activist Jeff Chang, who also is author of "Can't Stop, Won't Stop," a book chronicling the history of hip-hop.

Moderating their discussion will be Deirdre English, former editor of Mother Jones magazine.

DETAILS
Mario Savio's actions in 1964, as he pressed for freedom of speech for students on campus, created a national Free Speech Movement.
