BERKELEY — At graduation ceremonies in May, some of UC Berkeley's most outstanding new graduates shared their feelings of anxiety and of optimism in the face of dire economic times. The most common themes: Times are tough, use what you have learned at UC Berkeley to speak up and make the world a better place and don't ever give up your dreams.
