WHAT: A press conference at which University of California Police Department personnel will tell how their actions helped lead to the capture of kidnapping suspect Phillip Garrido and the return of Jaycee Lee Dugard, who in 1991 at age 11 was abducted from her South Lake Tahoe neighborhood.
Phillip Garrido was on the University of California, Berkeley, campus this week with two girls when police personnel noticed suspicious behavior and took actions that set off a chain of events leading to Garrido's arrest.
