BERKELEY -- MEDIA ADVISORY- ATTENTION POLITICAL WRITERS: Nov. 23 panel discussion on Clinton impeachment inquiry with former White House counsels, presidential experts WHAT: "The Clinton Crisis: Choice and Consequence," a panel discussion hosted by the University of California, Berkeley, on President Clinton's impeachment hearings. WHO: Michael Nacht, dean of UC Berkeley's Richard and Rhoda Goldman School of Public Policy, will moderate the panel discussion. Panelists include: ·Leonard Garment, former White House counsel to President Richard Nixon. ·Lloyd Cutler, former White House counsel to Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. ·Richard Neustadt, professor emeritus of government, Harvard University. ·Nelson Polsby, UC Berkeley professor of political science and director of the campus's Institute of Governmental Studies. WHEN: Monday, Nov. 23, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. WHERE: Andersen Auditorium, Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley campus. This building is located north of Bancroft Way and west of Piedmont Avenue.
