The Lawrence Hall of Science is open Monday, Nov. 11, and Friday, Nov. 29, with a holiday schedule of biology lab hours (from 1:30 to 4 p.m.) and planetarium shows (at 1, 2:15 and 3:30 p.m.), plus Brain Games, a hands-on exhibition running through January 20. At the biology lab, also open Saturdays and Sundays, kids can hold and observe gentle animals, ask questions and find out more about animal life. The lab is free with Hall of Science admission. At Holt Planetarium, kids can participate in experiments and talk about the heavens in a unique, interactive planetarium. "Find That Comet!" shows at 1 p.m., "Northern Lights" at 2:15 p.m. and "Constellations Tonight" at 3:30 p.m. The price for the planetarium is $2 per ticket for ages 8 and up.
