Are you a faculty member without a web-page and too busy to read the HTML manuals? Do you teach a large introductory class with students clamoring to locate your syllabus?

Learn to put up your own web page in only a few hours during the Academic Senate's Web Week.

Senate members teaching this semester are invited to come to the "help desk" between 1 and 5 p.m. in 550 Moffitt Library during the week of Feb.18 through 21.

There is no need to register in advance. Faculty will be served on a first-come-first-served basis. Technical assistance will be on hand, and a new account will be initiated on the Socrates server as you wait.

All you need to do is bring your spring course material (a reading list, a syllabus) and some biographical information (a resume) on a floppy diskette, and helpers will walk you through the simple steps.
