Donors to approximately 250 undergraduate scholarship funds will receive profiles of scholarship recipients under a new plan initiated by University Relations. Some 2,079 students have been asked to complete a scholarship profile form asking why they chose to come to Berkeley, their future career goals and other interests and hobbies. Post cards were sent to 1,035 students, inviting them to visit the web site to fill out the scholarship profile; 1,044 students received the form in the mail. To view the form, visit the campus home page at www.berkeley.edu. Click the "Alumni and Friends" button, then "University Relations-Berkeley Online."
