Y2K: Finding a Personally Comfortable Balance Between Under-Reacting and Overreacting to the "Year 2000 Computer Bug"

Aron Roberts of Information Systems & Technology- Workstation Support Services will discuss campus preparations for the Year 2000 computer "bug." Patrick Conlin, CARE Services, will lead a dialogue on the problem's potential impact on our personal lives. No enrollment necessary.
Parental Loss As An Adult
Sept. 23, 30, 4-6 p.m.
This two-part workshop is for those who have experienced the death of a parent and want to better understand and cope with their loss. Participants will have the opportunity to talk about their experiences and to learn about community resources.

Mind-Body Movement Series: The Feldenkrais Method
Sept. 24, 12:10-1 p.m.
Practice simple exercises designed to improve posture, breathing and coordination. A therapeutic method useful for those with physical limitations or injuries.
Breastfeeding Your Baby: Preparing, Problem Solving and Return-to-Work Planning
Oct. 21, 12-2 p.m.
This class is designed to support pregnant women who are planning to breastfeed. Learn breastfeeding basics, common minor problems and how to manage them, return-to-work issues, including expression and storage of breastmilk, and the use of hand-held and electric pumps.
