Boundaries: What They Are, Why They're Important, and
Guidelines for Effectively Negotiating Them
Dec. 1, 9:10 a.m.-noon.
When it comes to serenity and success, the role of personal
and interpersonal boundaries is difficult to overestimate.
In this workshop, participants learn a practical definition
of boundaries, how they operate in work and personal lives,
and important considerations for effectively "crossing"
boundaries when necessary to achieve wants and needs.
Menopause Discussion Group
Dec. 8, noon-1 p.m.
This discussion group is for women who have attended the
three to four-session menopause class. The group offers an
opportunity to explore symptoms, share coping strategies,
and ask questions of each other, a counselor and a nurse
practitioner.
