Human Resources proposes changes for student affairs officers

15 NOVEMBER 00 | The Office of Human Resources invites interested parties to review a proposed classification matrix for student affairs officers.

The current student affairs classification specifications, dating from 1982, mostly describe duties and responsibilities of student affairs officers in organizations that have campuswide responsibility, such as Undergraduate Affairs. The Office of Human Resources has developed the supplemental matrix for those who work in departments, colleges and schools.

See for the proposed matrix, along with explanatory information. Comments on the plan are due by Dec. 14 to or by mail to the compensation unit, Office of Human Resources, 207 University Hall Room, MC 3540.

Copies of the matrix may be obtained by calling 643-7543. Leave a request for a copy of the matrix, along with your name, telephone number and campus mailing address.
