14 March 2001 | Two pillars of anthropology at Berkeley, George M. and Mary LeCron Foster, received copies of their oral histories at a March 5 ceremony in Kroeber Hall. The Fosters have just initiated a new series at Bancroft Library’s Regional Oral History Office, focusing on anthropology at Berkeley. Their oral histories, conducted by Suzanne Riess (left), will be available online and in print at the Bancroft Library and the George and Mary Foster Anthropology Library in Kroeber Hall.
