Recipe: Aunt Millie’s Southern Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1 cup dark Karo™ syrup
3/4 cup plain sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups pecans
2 T. butter
1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Put pecans on bottom of piecrust, then pour syrup mixture over them. Dot the pie with chips of butter.
If you want your pie to look real pretty, turn all the pecans right- side up with a fork before baking.
Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes — until nuts are very brown.
