Matilde Kamiya
Matilde has a consulting background and specialized
in advising clients on supply chain and organizational
issues. As an MIT
undergraduate she supported faculty research on sustainable
development, building economic models to explore the interactions
among populations, resources and technology. She’s
passionate about fusion cuisine and is excited to try and
learn how to
cook the local Indonesian delicacies.
Toshiyuki (Toshi) Okubo
Toshi has spent his working career at
the Development Bank of Japan where he provided financial,
economic and project
management advice to expansion projects. He has experience
brokering deals between multinational financiers and governments,
providing feasibility analyses and legal due-diligence to support
major infrastructural ventures. Toshi is particularly proud
of his time as a Boy Scout when he was the “Yokozuna” (Sumo
champion) of the Tokyo district!
David Hall
David has varied experience spanning academic and commercial
research. His professional career has focused on strategic
market opportunity assessment and planning, providing advice
to clients ranging from multinationals to start-ups. Recently,
he submitted an entry into the National Social Venture Competition
for a nonprofit fund that supports entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan
Africa by providing financing and business advice. He’s
a keen skier and lover of the outdoors.
Lindsay Daigle
Lindsay’s work experience has focused on
finance and marketing activities with a major U.S. airline.
She led market
research studies to identify and size future market opportunities,
pricing products and developing financial plans to support
new business initiatives. She was also responsible for optimizing
organizational plans for airport employees. In her spare
time she loves traveling, hiking and trail running.
