Gordon Rausser, the dean of Berkeley's College of Natural
Resources, will discuss "Collective Choice in Water Resource
Systems" as part of a panel session at the World Bank
Workshop on the Political Economy of Water Pricing
Implementation, Nov. 3-5, in Washington, D.C.
The workshop, an international forum for researchers,
policy makers, government officials and consultants from 20
nations, is addressing emerging social and health-related
issues concerning use and conservation of water resources.
