Posted September 22, 1999

The deadline to appeal or request recalculation of 403(b) maximum annual contribution limits is 5 p.m., Oct. 1.

Employees may obtain appeal kits and alternative contribution limit workbooks through bencom.fone at 1-800-888-8267; press 1.

All requests, along with supporting documentation, must be sent by the Oct. 1 deadline to UC Human Resources/Benefits, Operational Compliance Unit, P.O. Box 24570, Oakland, CA 94623-1570.
